21 is a good number

Hahaha, this year I'm turning 21 on the 21st of August xD. Huzzah for matching numbers! There's nothing better than being reminded that you have spent another year doing nothing. Nah, I'm joking. I had a great birthday ^^9

I went to lunch with my family, cousin, and grandparents at a Chinese restaurant. We had fun, and I took pictures of the food! Well, technically Mom's the one who asked me to, but I took them knowing that it would be fun to upload them here xD Here some snapshots of the dishes we ordered~

Fried Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Crab & Asparagus Soup

Silken Tofu Claypot

Fried Noodlezzzzzz

...and of course, Oolong Tea. Mmmm~

It was erg lekker =9 Come to think of it, I forgot to take a snapshot of the veggies. Oh well ¦D
Oh, during that, something funny happened:

Grandpa: 21 is a very good number! 3 represents the divine trinity and God created the world in 7 days.
7 x 3 = 21. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!
Me: Oh grandpa~ You and your religious jokes, heh heh! ¦D
*15 minutes later...
Me: Waiter, check please
Waiter: ...Here you go.

 Oh SNAP!! D8

Maybe it was God's way of saying Happy Birthday, hahahaha!! xD
No, for 8 people dining in a restaurant, this isn't that expensive.
By the way, thank you guys for the birthday wishes you sent me. You guys are so awesome! Cx
I have a feeling 21 will be a great year for me, hopefully 2011 will be a great year for all of you as well! b^_^d

  1. Crab & asparagus soup? I am slightly disgusted at how it looks yet highly interested in how it tastes like. =d

Also, that is sorta shocking. X3 A neat little coincidence. And I'm glad to hear you had a good birthday. :3 Good luck for this year being good! ^_^

  6. Hahaha, no silly xD That's not in dollars, that's in Rupiahs. For lunch at a restaurant for eight people, that's actually quite cheap, compared to the prices of most fancy restaurants nowadays that is ^^a

So I'm happy to say my wallet is still alive and healthy : )
