Today is my 20th birthday and these are the birthday cards I got. The yellow one on the right is from my mom, then left to it is from my aunt and cousin, and then the blue one is from a relative from Holland (it says: Van Harte Gefeliciteerd, which means: A heartfull congratulations. Awww). The one at the bottom is from my beloved grandparents C:
We had a bit of an adventure today. This morning, Mocha, my aunt and cousin's dog (who lives next door), ran loose when their front gate accidentally broke open. They searched but Mocha was nowhere to be found. After the whole family finished lunch, we divided into three groups and spread out into the neighborhood in search of the dog. We finally found Mocha sitting sweetly in an empty lot. After bringing her safely back home, we blew the candle on the cake (Happy Ending!). Boy, that cake sure taste good after that agonizing search, ha ha ha. It turned out to be quite an adventurous birthday, which is of course, a present all on it's own.

ReplyDeleteHehe, another point: I feel exactly the same way about getting older. XD I'm 22 now, but for the last few years I feel like I've been stuck at 17, and often wish I was. :P Just keep acting the same way even if you're not technically a teenager. *thumbs up* :D
