Indeed, this is Baltas' first picture on the internet. I didn't make his reference sheet because drawing Maya's, Zee's, and Xeon's sheet took longer than I expected and Baltas' sheet wasn't an absolute requirement for my thesis, so the only picture of him on the display board was in the Comparison Sheet.
I didn't made much fuss about Baltas' first appearance because I find featuring in a Comparison Sheet quite inappropriate for a debut. I'll give him a more proper introduction someday.
